Host Spa Requirements

  • 8+ treatment rooms
  • Adjacent manicure/pedicure or salon is a plus
  • Preferred spa-adjacent conference space with 1,800+ sq. ft. for our tabletop event with room for 28 four foot tables. If not, spa retail area that will accommodate 28 four foot tables
  • Will consider conference space for vendor showcase if it is walkable to spa with a robe on
  • Locker Room access preferred
  • Within major metropolitan city as listed in our events calendar

Will I get paid for use of my Spa?

Yes – Live Love Spa will pay you a Spa Rental Fee for exclusive access for the 2 day event.  A number of factors determine the total amount paid to you; these include time of year, market conditions, location and space provided.

Does my Spa have to completely shut down?

We do ask for exclusive use of the Spa which is included in the Spa Rental Fee. However if you have other facilities (i.e. pool, exercise room) that we are not utilizing these can definitely be open to your general members/guests. The Spa attendants should be available at the front desk to meet and greet any members/guests that come in, explain to them what facilities are available as well as book any appointments outside of our event. *Tip: If you are within a Hotel we suggest offering in-room massages during our event hours!

Will I need to provide personnel throughout the event?

We ask that you have 2 Spa attendants onsite during our event hours. These attendants would meet and greet Live Love Spa and general public, direct Live Love Spa attendees to the locker rooms and relaxation lounge and assist with other administrative duties. You will not be required to supply any therapists. All vendors bring their own therapists. This is a great opportunity to provide staff with time off and save on payroll costs.

What supplies do I need to have available to Vendors?

We only ask you to provide an adequate stock of linens and towels for approximately 10 treatments per room per day plus hot towel cabbies, trash cans and tissues in each treatment room. Vendors are responsible for bringing in all other supplies and products for their treatments.  Live Love Spa provides all attendees with robes and slippers.
